At Kings Copse AFC we are dedicated to the FA rules and guidance for the RESPECT Campaign.

We always have club officials visiting training sessions and games to ensure that our coaches, players and parents follow the guidance set. We are committed to a positive and encouraging atmosphere that encourages the players to make mistakes and learn from them.

It is also important for us a club to work with league officials and the FA to ensure football is a fun place that allows all regardless of ability to feel comfortable on the pitch. We strictly enforce the "let the coaches coach" ethos and parents are there to encourage but not direct their children.
